REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may initiate your refund request after 7 days of the purchase once within 7 days you complete your learning. It is to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
REFUNDS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All refund requests must be attached with proof of purchase and transaction reference number of the purchase along with the Purchase Type details.
REFUND PROCESS
To PROCESS a refund of an item, please email customer service at connect@withkumargaurav.com. Do share the User details along with name, email address and phone used during the time of purchase. If the user information match with registered user and refund requested user data consumption is completed within 7 days, the user becomes eligible for refund.
This is an online service, does not require any return, but a refund can be processed.

REFUND INSPECTION OF ITEMS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your purchased product, we will process your refund. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your refunds. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your method of purchase, depending upon your bank.
EXCEPTIONS
In No Case the buyer can initiate any legal formalities against company as purchase is done on sole responsibility., please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
