Legal Aid of Southern Nevada Pro Bono Project Contract

This contract (the “Contract”) is entered into by and between Legal Aid of Southern Nevada Pro Bono Project (the “LASN”) and the undersigned legal professional (the “Recipient”) on this day of __________, 20__.

Purpose
The purpose of this Contract is to establish the terms and conditions under which the Recipient will provide pro bono legal services to clients referred by LASN. Such services shall be provided without charge, in accordance with the LASN`s guidelines and policies, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Scope Services
The Recipient agrees to provide legal representation, advice, and/or other legal services to clients referred by LASN, in accordance with the Recipient`s area of expertise and the needs of the clients.
